Return Policies
- Due to late delivery, Orders can't be returned as flute is a handmade instrument. Sometimes it may crack some bamboos while making and then we have to do all the process from starting.
- Damages occur in transit or manufacturing defected products will be replaced instantly but it can not be refunded. It would take the same time like a new Orders for replacements but we will try to complete it on priority basis. But befor it, customers have to share photos/videos within 24 hours.
- International Couriers will not be accepted as return in any case.
- Courier charges must be bear by customers for returning the products except manufacturing defects cases.
Refund Policies
- Customers must have to cancel orders before 24 hours for processing refunds successfully. After 24 hours, we would start working on new orders and can not be cancelled in any case. For informing about cancellation you can call or WhatsApp on +91 74055 37771.
- Refunds will not be initiated on the reasons of late delivery or damages. In case of damges, we will send you another courier on priority basis after getting proper informations.
- International Couriers will not be initiated as refunds in any case.
